Dr. David Johnson completed his undergraduate work at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, and then obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma, Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City. He has been active in NCPA and OPHA since 2000. Dr. Johnson is the recipient of the Roche Pharmacy Communications Award in 2004, an award given to a 4th year pharmacy student displaying excellence in relating drug information to patients.
